A. General Refund Terms

1. All refund requests must be initiated via email to support@quantcorp.io.

2. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from approval.

3. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

B. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment or transaction error.
• Service not delivered as described.
• User initiates cancellation within 7 days of payment, subject to terms below.

C. Partial Refund / Penalty Cases

If a user cancels their license after 7 days of payment, a 5% penalty will be deducted from the total license amount.

Any rebates already disbursed to the user will also be deducted from the final refundable amount along with any bank/transaction related charges.

D. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided under the following situations:

• User misrepresented their identity, eligibility, or usage purpose during onboarding.
• Violation of the Terms & Conditions or misuse of the platform.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or chargeback-related activity is detected.

E. Exceptions

The Company reserves the right to make exceptions at its sole discretion, provided such exceptions are consistent with applicable law and fairness.
