As part of the licensing structure, users may be eligible for periodic rebates or credits, linked to the operational output of the platform. These are strictly defined as rebates against license fees and not guaranteed returns or interest.

5. Payments

• All payments must be made through approved channels listed on the website.
• Taxes, if applicable, are borne by the user.
• Payment receipts are issued electronically.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed solely by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these T&C.

7. Prohibited Use

These T&C are governed by the laws of Rakez Free Zone, UAE. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration or courts in Ras Al-Khaimah.
